TREASURER:
Small dynamic International Ocean Transportation company, office of 10, celebrating its 53rd year, headquartered in San Francisco, where Treasurer for past 26 years is soon to retire:
Responsibilities include:
-Management of all financial activities, including current reports/budget forecasts.
-Preparation of quarterly financial reports, income statements, balance sheets, necessary schedules, including for audit.
-Review and reconciliation of corporate divisions' business activities, including with agents.
-Daily cash management, including bank line credit.
-All insurance, corporate and personnel.
-Payroll, bi-weekly.
-Management of 401-K/Profit Sharing Plan.
-Self-motivated, Versatile, Accurate, Cheerful, Willing.
-Salary commensurate with experience/qualfications.
